How to become an .ee Elite Partner?

Estonian Internet Foundation has developed, in consultation with .ee accredited registrars, Best Practices for Registrars. Best Practices provide the customers of the joined registrars with additional assurance that, when ordering the .ee domain registration services, they will receive reliable information and services that conform to the acceptable quality level.

Joining the .ee Best Practices is a recognition to the registrar’s customer service and the quality of their services. Joining the program is a voluntary option for any registrar - see more from the document below.

A registrar that has joined the Elite Partner program will have the right to use a quality mark - different accredited registrar logo, an Elite Partner logo, from the regular accredited registrar logo. As well, Elite Partner favicon (on the right) will be added to the registrar table on www.internet.ee front page.

How to join?

In order to join the Elite Partner programme please fill the form below. You will find the description of the Best Practices  in the downloadable file at the bottom of this page. Estonian Internet Foundation will confirm the accession within 30 days after the application has been received.

I confirm that upon joining the Best Practices, our staff has a thorough knowledge of the .ee domain rules and related regulations and is able to find their way around the menu "Help and information" found on the Registrars' portal. I confirm that we will take appropriate measures in accordance with section 1.3 of the Best Practices.

I confirm that upon joining the Best Practices, we will perform customer service in the ways required in clause 3 of the Best Practices.

I confirm that upon joining the Best Practises, the information published on our website complies with the methods required in clause 4 of the Best Practises.

I confirm that I have read all the terms and conditions of the Best Practices and undertake to comply with them upon joining the Best Practices.
