Baltic Domain Days is the only event in the region that brings together domain industry experts, IT professionals, in addition, policy makers and the internet community. Together, we’ll explore the present and the future of the domain industry, from domain trends, growth, and cloud services to cybersecurity and the needs of a new digital generation.
Join domain registries, registrars, hosting companies, tech experts, entrepreneurs, and policymakers for two days of fresh ideas, lively discussions, and great networking opportunities.
- Where? Kultuurikatel’s Õuetorn (Kursi tn 3, Tallinn)
- When? October 7–8, 2025
- How? With a multi.stakeholder approach, held in English
- Fee? FREE to attend!
Baltic Domain Days is taking a closer look at several important topics.
We start the event with a focus on the domain industry, its trends and its challenges. Together with experts, we’ll look into the future and discuss the opportunities to ensure the growth of top-level domains. You’ll also have the chance to share your ideas and thoughts with other participants.
We warmly invite all participants to the evening reception on October 7th at the Õpetajate Maja building in the Old Town of Tallinn. It’s a great opportunity for networking and enjoying good music.
The second day turns to topics that matter more broadly to the IT sector.
We begin with an intriguing question: to move to the cloud or not? After that, we’ll explore what the coming years will bring us - both from the EU policy perspective and from the new round of gTLDs. In addition, Telia will share their experiences and lessons learned from AI implementation in data management and analysis.
No IT event today can escape the topic of NIS2. Baltic Domain Days is no exception. We’ll take a closer look at how it affects business operations, and how to implement it in a way that is simple, secure, and effective. This will be followed by an overview of DNS abuse.
The final big topic of the event is education—what role domain registries play in it, and how Estonia is taking the next step with its ambitious AI Leap program.

Baltic Domain Days is organized by Estonian Internet Foundation, NIC-LV, and DOMREG.lt and sponsored by ICANN.
