Aet Rahe and Ivar Tallo appointed as new members of the Supervisory Board of the Estonian Internet Foundation.
Aet Rahe is the Head of the State Information Systems Department (RISO) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, while Ivar Tallo is a founder and Member of the Supervisory Board of the e-Governance Academy Foundation.
The Minister also recalled the present Chairman of the Board Marika Priske and Member of the Board Lauri Almann.
Jaanus Tehver, Attorney-at-law and partner of Law Office Tehver & Partners, Erkki Koort, Deputy Secretary-General for Internal Security of the Estonian Ministry of Interior, Mati Leet, IT adviser to the Estonian Reform Party and Tiit Vapper, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Reaalsüsteemid AS continue as Members of the Supervisory Board of the Estonian Internet Foundation.
The Foundation is an organisation established by the Government of the Republic and the Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications for administrating Estonia's top-level domain .ee and the infrastructure associated with it.

ICANN85: DNS Abuse, AI, and the Future of the Internet
At the start of March, the global internet community gathered in Mumbai for another ICANN meeting. This time, the focus was on community topics, and the Estonian Internet Foundation was there to take part in the discussions. As expected, the main themes included the next round of generic domains, the WSIS+20 process, and the ongoing challenge of DNS abuse. At the same time, the meeting offered a valuable chance to share experiences and learn from others.
